A naughty cat named Chi was lost during its first walking outdoors.Fortunately, it was found by the Tanakas who were so kind-hearted.But the department,where the Tanakas lived in had a “no pet” policy.They, however,cound not find a substitutive owner for poor Chi,in which case the Tanakas had to raise it up secretly.
Then, the fantastic and funny story starts,which is setting in the department & the park.
It is the story that could happen in every household,the stroy that depicts the harmony between the animals & the human beings.
