1、我以前学的时候也会有疑惑，但是后来想想是都一样的，都表示健康的。第一句是我非常的健康，第二句只是放在句首，表示健康的饮食习惯。都一样是adj.形容词。
2、不可以的。我们要明白，easily 是副词，表示中文的“…地”，后面当然是加动作词语。而easy却是形容词，表示中文的“…的”，后面加的是名词。这句话的意思是“我很容易地感到疲劳”，感到疲劳是动作，中文就用“…地”来修饰，这时用easily。如果这句话是：That is an easy question.“，问题是名词，中文用“…的”来修饰，所以就要用easy。
3、see sb doing强调看到某人正在做某事，是一次性做完的。例如：
I say him playing basketball just now.
see sb do强调看到某人做过某事或经常做某事，不止一次的。例如：
I often see him ride a bike to school.
I saw him break the glass.
