每天都坚持做一份试卷（包括听力部分），不可以边做边看答案 做试卷的时候要扣着时间做，时间最好要比要求时间少几分钟， 每做完一份就给自己打一下分 每天都坚持听两份试卷上的听力，反复的听，这样你就可以熟悉考试时的速度了.还有，平时要多看多频词，还有英语四级的作文结构 句型，考试前几天抱下佛脚，大致就过了。这是我的切身体会，我就是这样过了英语四级，我总共也就做了20来天，那段时间很痛苦的，特别是每天做一份试卷这件事，很难坚持。但是你只要坚持做了一星期就会习惯了，哪天不做还会浑身不自在。实在不行你可以去上一下新东方的四级班。我朋友上过天津新东方的四级点睛班，效果挺好的~！你可以去天津新东方的51xdf论坛转转，里面的四级专区一定会对你有帮助的！
